Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our Banyuwangi branch. This field‑based role focuses on both Individual Lending and Group Lending products, driving growth by building strong relationships with partners, identifying new prospects, and ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our financial institution and its partners, playing a critical part in expanding our footprint in the East Java market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing partners (Mitra) to ensure ongoing loan performance and satisfaction.
- Prospect and acquire new partners by conducting market research, networking, and attending local events.
- Perform on‑site feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and operational capacity of potential partners.
- Collect, verify, and process all required documentation for individual and group loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the business activities of partners post‑disbursement, providing guidance and support to improve repayment discipline.
- Initiate and manage collection efforts for delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans and coordinating with the collections team when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on prospecting activities, loan pipeline status, and portfolio health for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, credit risk, and legal—to streamline the loan lifecycle.
- Represent the company at community gatherings, trade fairs, and local business forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of local market conditions, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting micro‑finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; a strong command of the local language is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and own motorcycle for field visits.
- Basic analytical abilities to evaluate partner viability and loan risk.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude toward prospecting and problem solving.
- No prior experience required, though experience in sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend visits if needed.
