Responsibilities
The Staff Crew member will be responsible for a wide range of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks that ensure smooth daily operations. Typical duties include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations.
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and quick‑serve food items according to company standards.
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash transactions, and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including regular table clearing, sanitising surfaces, and waste disposal.
- Monitoring inventory levels of consumables, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and correct presentation.
- Adhering to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
- Participating in shift handovers, communicating any issues, and suggesting improvements.
- Providing support during peak periods, including opening and closing duties as required.
- Engaging with customers to resolve concerns promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Age between 18 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B sector is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and POS technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting tasks.
