Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned parcels from the warehouse or partner stores and transport them to the designated delivery locations across North Jakarta.
- Verify that each package is sealed, labeled correctly, and matches the delivery manifest before departure.
- Utilize GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps to determine the most efficient routes while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes, and tire pressure.
- Ensure that all items are delivered in a tidy, intact, and secure manner, handling fragile or high‑value goods with extra care.
- Obtain the recipient’s signature or electronic confirmation upon delivery, following company protocols for proof of receipt.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns immediately to the dispatch supervisor through the mobile application.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of parcels, ensuring proper stacking to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivered items for audit purposes.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, representing the company’s brand positively at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Male applicant, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the operational app’s minimum OS requirements.
- Clean personal appearance – no tattoos or body piercings visible while on duty.
- Strong sense of time‑management and ability to meet strict delivery windows.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Basic literacy in using digital tools such as navigation apps, messaging platforms, and the company’s delivery system.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks, and to ride a motorbike for extended periods.
- Reliability, honesty, and a customer‑first mindset.
