Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and courteous attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately while adhering to company cash‑handling procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas, including regular shelf restocking and visual merchandising.
- Perform routine inventory checks, report discrepancies, and support inventory counts during monthly audits.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring quick and error‑free checkout experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and promotional objectives.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, store policies, and customer service best practices.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to create a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum age limit not exceeding the local labor regulations.

- Professional and neat appearance, with a presentable uniform at all times.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Surabaya area and commute reliably to the outlet location.
