We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan Toko Ritel Skala Besar to join our fast‑growing retail team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise within a large‑scale retail environment. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing stability and a consistent routine for the right individual. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor, stock rooms, and entrances to deter theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
- Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report any suspicious activity to store management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Enforce store policies regarding crowd control, shoplifting prevention, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Assist customers with directions, answer inquiries, and provide a friendly, helpful presence that enhances the overall shopping atmosphere.
- Coordinate with loss‑prevention teams to conduct random bag checks and inventory verifications.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, including detailed descriptions of events, parties involved, and actions taken.
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other critical incidents, following the store’s emergency response plan.
- Provide clear communication with other security personnel and store staff to ensure seamless coverage throughout the shift.
- Participate in regular safety drills, training sessions, and briefings to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold a professional appearance and conduct, representing the brand’s standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMK sederajat preferred).
- Open to all genders; however, the current posting specifies a preference for female candidates.
- Height of at least 160 cm to ensure clear visibility in the store environment.
- Vision without corrective lenses (no glasses) to meet specific visual standards for the role.
- Well‑groomed, neat appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact courteously with customers and staff.
- Basic understanding of security principles and willingness to undergo further training.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to work the designated schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
