Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Purchasing – Pengadaan Barang & Jasa to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services that support our operational excellence. This full‑time position operates Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and is open to female applicants who meet the education and experience criteria outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and convert them into accurate Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market research to benchmark prices, quality standards, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor order status and ensure on‑time delivery that meets specifications and quality expectations.
- Maintain meticulous procurement documentation, including contracts, PO records, and vendor performance data.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and inventory control teams to align stock levels with production needs.
- Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to track spend analysis, vendor performance, and inventory turnover.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Handle ad‑hoc procurement projects, such as emergency purchases or special promotional campaigns, while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical or vocational background preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing, retail, or service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas for data analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and maintain supplier goodwill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting proposals persuasively.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
