Introduction

We are a prestigious five‑star hotel seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff member to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, hardworking, and possess a strong sense of hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Clean and arrange guest rooms according to the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and bed making.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas such as the lobby, corridors, elevators, fitness center, and dining venues.
  • Replace linen, towels, toiletries, and other room supplies on a scheduled basis, ensuring inventory levels are always sufficient.
  • Inspect rooms for any missing or damaged items and report issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Monitor and restock minibar items, coffee supplies, and complimentary amenities, guaranteeing a consistent guest experience.
  • Document and communicate any maintenance or repair needs discovered during cleaning activities.
  • Handle guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing prompt assistance and information as needed.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment safely, maintain its cleanliness, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily workload, supporting shift handovers and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and upholstery care, as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, age up to 30 years.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, villas, or similar hospitality establishments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic: honest, disciplined, responsible, and physically fit.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.
  • Good communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night rotations.
  • Preferred: familiarity with five‑star hotel housekeeping protocols and a service‑oriented mindset.
