Introduction

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct customer interaction, have a passion for technology, and are comfortable navigating urban and suburban neighborhoods on a motorcycle. As a freelance collection agent, you will become an essential link between IndiHome and its valued subscribers, helping to ensure timely payments and a smooth service experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer lists from the central collection team (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register each assigned customer in the My Vista mobile application and keep records up‑to‑date.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits to subscriber locations, verifying identity and confirming service details.
- Explain IndiHome product features, usage guidelines, and payment procedures in a clear, courteous manner.
- Collect outstanding payments, issue receipts, and update payment status in real time via the Android device.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting for basic connectivity issues and coordinate escalation for more complex problems.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay informed about new packages, promotional offers, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions, adhering to data‑privacy standards and company policies.
- Report daily activity summaries to the CTB supervisor, highlighting successful collections and any challenges encountered.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and public‑communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in operating Android smartphones or similar devices; comfortable using mobile apps for data entry.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, typically 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility of occasional weekend visits.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
