We are seeking a proactive Officer Remedial Penagihan to join our growing multifinance team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are past due, ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with delinquent clients via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
- Collaborate with the sales, credit, and legal departments to verify outstanding balances and address any documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, risk exposure, and recovery performance against targets.
- Analyze customer payment histories to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP system, ensuring all communications and actions are logged for audit purposes.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of collection policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
- Support occasional field visits to key clients, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) while remaining flexible for urgent collection activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 from any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered for entry‑level placement.
- Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑1 year of experience in collections or a related finance role; prior experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
