Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Officer Remedial Penagihan to join our growing multifinance team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring that overdue receivables are collected efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are past due, ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with delinquent clients via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
  • Collaborate with the sales, credit, and legal departments to verify outstanding balances and address any documentation discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, risk exposure, and recovery performance against targets.
  • Analyze customer payment histories to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP system, ensuring all communications and actions are logged for audit purposes.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of collection policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support occasional field visits to key clients, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Adhere to the designated work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) while remaining flexible for urgent collection activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/S1 from any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered for entry‑level placement.
  • Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: 0‑1 year of experience in collections or a related finance role; prior experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
