Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and personable Tenant Relationship Management Staff to join our dynamic property management team. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, update contact information, and manage lease documentation using our internal administration system.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Prepare and present daily menus for on‑site dining areas, explaining dish ingredients and special dietary options to guests.
- Organize and facilitate tenant events, meetings, and community activities that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor tenant feedback, compile reports, and recommend process improvements to senior management.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the front‑desk and common areas at all times.
- Handle high‑pressure situations—such as emergency repairs or urgent tenant complaints—with composure and effective problem‑solving.
- Support the administrative team with routine tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparation of monthly performance summaries.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s cultural guidelines).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property administration is a plus, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written—in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with office software and property management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural inclination toward helping and serving guests.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
