Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Marketing to join our growing team in Banjarnegara. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for building relationships, recruiting partners, and driving loan‑related business growth. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our financial services and the community, identifying and onboarding Business Agents (BAs), agents, and partners who can connect prospective borrowers with secured loan solutions backed by vehicle titles (BPKB).
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit new Business Agents, agents, or third‑party partners who meet the company’s target profile.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing BAs, providing guidance and strategic support to boost their productivity and loyalty.
- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors, field teams, and partners, including regular site visits and performance reviews.
- Assist BAs in creating effective outreach strategies, marketing plans, and customer engagement techniques.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring monthly targets for new partner acquisition and loan introductions are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on loan products, eligibility criteria, and the benefits of using BPKB as collateral.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the Banjarnegara region.
- Provide timely feedback to the product and compliance teams regarding customer needs and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Residency in Banjarnegara or surrounding areas.
