Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and energetic Staff Packing (Warehouse & Logistics) to join our fast‑growing distribution team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for meticulous handling of goods, who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every product leaves our facility safely packaged, accurately labeled, and ready for timely delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute the packing process according to company standards, selecting appropriate materials and methods to protect items during transit.
- Verify that each package matches the corresponding order, checking quantities, SKUs, and any special handling instructions.
- Assist with sorting inbound and outbound merchandise, performing quality checks and preparing items for shipment.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operators, inventory clerks, and external expedition partners to coordinate pick‑and‑pack activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area, adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping guidelines.
- Track packing performance against daily targets, reporting any delays or issues to the shift supervisor.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in identifying discrepancies.
- Continuously suggest improvements to packing procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger; unmarried status preferred.
- Gender: All genders accepted (male candidates are prioritized).
- Physical fitness: Able to lift moderate loads, stand for long periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Core traits: Honesty, discipline, high responsibility, strong attention to detail, and speed without sacrificing quality.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork orientation, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive learning attitude.
- Technical abilities: Familiarity with basic warehouse tools, reading labels accurately, and using simple inventory software.
- Experience: Prior exposure to packing, warehouse, or logistics (expedition) work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (specific days may be confirmed later).
