Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products directly to consumers through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and online platforms, to maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, understand financing needs, and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed financing proposals, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers, aiming to close deals while preserving profitability.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to expedite approval processes and resolve any documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, follow‑up actions, and sales outcomes.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market research activities to stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role; experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- Willingness to be placed in the Adira Finance office that corresponds to the applicant’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
