This role is pivotal in building lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through the financing process, and driving repeat business. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be responsible for ensuring that all client information is accurately captured and maintained in Adira’s system. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate customer records in the Adira system, including personal data, transaction history, and credit information.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Relationship Head by promoting Adira’s financing products and services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients, encouraging repeat orders and long‑term loyalty.
- Process credit applications: collect required documents, verify authenticity, and input data accurately into the system.
- Communicate credit decisions and status updates promptly to dealers and customers, ensuring transparency throughout the approval process.
- Conduct consumer surveys when required, record feedback in the system, and relay insights to management for service improvement.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing comprehensive reports for supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, marketing, and operations to resolve client issues quickly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could affect financing solutions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or financial services.
- Key Skills: Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in using digital CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of integrity and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and familiarity with Adira’s internal platforms.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and dealer visits when necessary.
