Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residences to perform direct collection of overdue credit installments.
- Explain payment terms, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve any disputes or concerns raised by customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by management.
- Meet daily visit quotas while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
- Follow established collection procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, updating payment status and customer notes promptly.
- Collaborate with the credit and customer service teams to share insights that can improve collection strategies.
- Provide feedback on common reasons for payment delays, helping the company refine its credit policies.
- Maintain the safety of personal equipment and ensure the proper use of company‑issued mobile devices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on collection techniques and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Zero to several years of experience in field collection, sales, or customer service is acceptable.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.

- Quick adaptability, problem‑solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
- Basic literacy in using smartphones and data entry applications.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
