Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional dan Administrasi Umum to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of daily operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the broader administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive female professional, aged 33 or younger, with a minimum of a D3/D4 degree in Accounting and a strong command of Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with company accounting policies.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Generate routine financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect, verify, and process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.
  • Administer daily office operations, including document filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Support the procurement process by tracking inventory levels, preparing requisitions, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide required documentation to external auditors.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvements, and help implement new operational procedures.
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary, to meet critical deadlines.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, maximum age of 33 years.
  • Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Accounting or related field.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and journal entry preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets.
  • High level of honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player who collaborates well with colleagues across various functions.
  • Willingness to work overtime or on weekends when operational demands arise.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment operation and document management systems.
