Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality reflexology and therapeutic spa treatments tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history, preferences, and goals, recommending appropriate services and after‑care routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to coordinate schedules, share knowledge, and continuously improve service standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging wellness research by attending workshops, webinars, and professional conferences.
- Document each session accurately in the clinic’s electronic system, noting treatment details, client feedback, and any follow‑up recommendations.
- Promote ancillary services and retail products that complement the client’s therapeutic plan, enhancing overall revenue while adding value to the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for new service offerings, and support marketing initiatives such as open houses or wellness events.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or a related health field.

- At least basic experience or internship exposure to reflexology or spa therapy (0+ years accepted).
- Demonstrated skill set in therapeutic reflexology, with a strong understanding of pressure points and body mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic aligned with our operating hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
