Responsibilities

- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging products through continuous education and participation in workshops or trade shows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Promote salon services and retail products, upselling when appropriate to increase client satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and minimizing client wait times.
- Document client preferences, service history, and product usage in the salon’s booking system for personalized follow‑up.
- Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality and salon ambiance.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar hair styling position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey styling concepts clearly.
- Professional appearance and polished personal grooming that reflects the salon’s brand.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in a variety of hair techniques, including cutting, coloring, balayage, and styling for special events.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend events.
