Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staf Penjualan to join our busy retail store team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our brand. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. Candidates must present themselves professionally, possess a friendly demeanor, and be ready to work a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is properly labeled, and promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Track daily sales targets, report performance metrics to the store manager, and proactively suggest strategies to improve turnover.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and organizing back‑room storage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Uphold store policies regarding hygiene, safety, and loss prevention, especially in high‑traffic periods.
  • Stay informed about the latest product trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable advice.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates preferred; must be able to present a professional and attractive appearance.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Honest, responsible, and highly reliable in handling cash and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Availability to work full‑time shifts from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
