Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staf Penjualan to join our busy retail store team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is properly labeled, and promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Track daily sales targets, report performance metrics to the store manager, and proactively suggest strategies to improve turnover.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and organizing back‑room storage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Uphold store policies regarding hygiene, safety, and loss prevention, especially in high‑traffic periods.
- Stay informed about the latest product trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred; must be able to present a professional and attractive appearance.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Honest, responsible, and highly reliable in handling cash and confidential information.
- Familiarity with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Availability to work full‑time shifts from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
