Introduction
FIFGROUP is seeking a dynamic Tim Penjualan Sales Force Danastra to join our Pelalawan branch located at Jl Lintas Timur, Pangkalan Kerinci, right next to the Honda HOHO dealership in Riau. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive marketing activities, including canvassing, prospecting potential customers, and conducting diligent follow‑up on leads and promotional materials.
- Guide customers through the entire application process, from initial inquiry and data verification to vehicle selection, contract explanation, and final signature.
- Monitor and track contract conversions, ensuring that successful negotiations are accurately recorded as bookings.
- Perform regular self‑evaluations and analysis of booking outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage with the community.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and after‑sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as lead conversion rates, booking volume, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and best sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
