Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Staf Penagihan to join our collection team covering the West Bandung region. The role focuses on effective credit installment collection, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides a competitive base salary (UMK) along with performance incentives and comprehensive social security benefits.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate collection of credit installment payments in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with borrowers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism even during challenging collection scenarios.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or relevant locations to discuss payment arrangements, verify information, and resolve disputes.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting payment status, outstanding balances, and any escalated issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as credit, legal, and customer service to address payment obstacles and implement corrective actions.
- Identify early warning signs of delinquency and propose preventive measures to reduce default rates.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about evolving collection techniques, regulatory changes, and product knowledge.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical standards and preserving the company’s reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring criteria).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales or collection targets.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license for field visits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on conflict resolution.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with collection management tools.
- Strong ethical mindset and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
