Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Account Officer – Corporate Client Management to join our dynamic team in the Tasikmalaya area. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or young professional who is eager to develop a career in financial services, specifically in loan product promotion, client eligibility assessment, and group repayment coordination. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, and will play a key part in expanding our portfolio of corporate and small‑business clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and socialisation sessions for existing and prospective corporate clients, clearly explaining financing options, terms, and benefits.
- Perform detailed client eligibility assessments, including credit analysis, documentation verification, and risk profiling, to ensure compliance with internal lending policies.
- Guide clients through the entire financing process, from application submission to approval, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate and facilitate group repayment collections, ensuring accurate processing of instalments, timely follow‑ups, and resolution of payment issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, updating interaction logs, loan status, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and collections teams to streamline the loan cycle and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and recommend additional financial products that meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
- Participate in community outreach and market research activities to enhance brand awareness and capture new business leads.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Age: 18‑30 years, with a preference for candidates who can start immediately.
- Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong customer‑service orientation, high adaptability, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid motorcycle license and be comfortable traveling within the Tasikmalaya region for client visits.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
