Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Human Resources – Development & Administration to join our dynamic HR team. This position is open to qualified female candidates who are eager to contribute to employee lifecycle management, talent development, and day‑to‑day HR administration. Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of employee administration, including onboarding, contract preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date personnel data.
  • Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and other key HR metrics for management review.
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures, particularly regarding employee documentation and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for performance appraisal cycles, salary reviews, and employee benefit enrollment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Office Administration.
  • Age: Open, with a maximum of 0 years of experience required (entry‑level).
  • Computer proficiency – comfortable using MS Office, email, and HRIS software.
  • Strong understanding of personnel administration and basic labor regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discipline, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain strict confidentiality of employee data, and communicate effectively.
  • Submission of a complete application package: CV, 4×6 cm photo, photocopy of ID (KTP), scanned diploma, and academic transcript.
  • Professional certifications in HR or related fields are considered a valuable plus.
