Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of retreat programs, from initial concept through post‑event evaluation.
- Act as the primary liaison between retreat hosts, guest speakers, and internal departments such as culinary, housekeeping, and wellness services.
- Develop detailed itineraries, activity guides, and logistical checklists to ensure every session runs on time and to specification.
- Coordinate venue set‑up, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation assignments for participants.
- Manage registration processes, maintain accurate guest databases, and handle special requests or accommodations.
- Oversee on‑site operations during retreats, troubleshooting issues in real‑time and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce promotional materials, social media content, and post‑event reports.
- Track budgets, process invoices, and ensure cost‑effective use of resources while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct post‑retreat debriefs, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in hospitality, retreat coordination, event planning, or guest services.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; capable of juggling multiple schedules and departmental workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written.
- Proficiency with event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic budgeting tools.
- Demonstrated accuracy in administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening events as needed.
