Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Officer Akun Penanganan Masalah to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) within the 61‑120 day range, supporting our mission to maintain healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with credit, sales, and customer service departments to achieve collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts overdue between 61 and 120 days, ensuring adherence to internal timelines and compliance regulations.
  • Initiate contact with delinquent customers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting promises to pay, disputes, and resolution outcomes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports that highlight collection rates, aging trends, and risk indicators for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with the credit analysis team to reassess credit limits and recommend actions for high‑risk accounts.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to the sales team regarding customer payment behavior, helping to refine future credit approval processes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of overdue accounts to identify patterns, propose process improvements, and mitigate future delinquencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and financial product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or D4 (associate degree) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
  • Male candidates only; age must not exceed 30 years at the time of application.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit management, or a related financial services role (fresh graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong potential).
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High integrity, persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
  • Proficiency in sales‑oriented communication, B2C relationship management, and the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
  • Technical competency in using CRM and collection software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work at the Padang branch of Adira Finance, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
