Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Store Staff (Staf Toko) for our vibrant restaurant in Kotawaringin Timur. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across all facets of food and beverage service, from front‑of‑house interactions to back‑of‑house preparation. Responsibilities
- Learn and master every job description and station within the restaurant, including cash handling, order taking, and guest service.
- Rotate through key areas such as cashier, server/waiter, noodle station, bar, dim sum preparation, production kitchen, and cleaning/clear‑up duties.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and accurate service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic food safety checks in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Participate actively in weekly training sessions, role‑playing scenarios, and skill‑building workshops conducted at the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health‑and‑safety protocols and company policies.
- Support team members during peak periods by handling additional tasks, such as expediting orders or restocking supplies.
- Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule of six working days followed by one day off, with flexibility for weekday holidays.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality service.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverages, restaurant operations, or customer service, or be a recent graduate ready to start a career in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with guests in a courteous and proactive manner.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Clean health record with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
- Active and valid SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work a 6‑day shifting schedule (08:00 – 17:00) with one weekday off.
- Openness to continuous learning, including on‑the‑job training and cross‑functional station rotations.
