As a multifunctional crew member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives excellent service while supporting various operational tasks throughout the day.
The position offers a flexible part‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing an excellent opportunity for students or anyone seeking supplemental income. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas in accordance with company standards.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and process refunds or exchanges accurately.
- Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking shipments for accuracy, and restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with team members to set up promotional displays, arrange merchandise, and execute seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in daily briefings, report any operational issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols, including proper food handling if applicable.
- Engage in regular communication with supervisors and peers, demonstrating active listening and clear articulation.
- Commit to personal development through on‑the‑job training, attending brief workshops on product knowledge, and adhering to the company’s cultural practices such as Shalat, Dhuha, and Mengaji.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18‑25 years.
