Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Front Office to join our dynamic team in Martapura, Kalimantan. This role is a key point of contact for our customers, providing high‑quality service and ensuring that all financial transactions and inquiries are handled efficiently and in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both the front‑office operations and the broader credit and collection functions of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record cash receipts from customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer data in the banking/financial management system.
  • Assist customers with insurance claim procedures, providing clear guidance and follow‑up.
  • Handle documentation related to loan collateral, verifying completeness and authenticity.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, offering solutions that adhere to company policies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Credit & Collection team to resolve delinquent accounts and support collection activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on cash inflows, customer interactions, and pending documentation.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, product offerings, and service standards.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor, demonstrating strong communication etiquette and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.
  • Adhere to the work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30, ensuring consistent coverage for client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4, preferably in Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Credit & Collection Management, Finance Management, or a comparable front‑office role.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable interacting with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, especially Excel) and familiarity with financial management systems.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
