Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Yogyakarta, Central Java. The role serves as the backbone of our Business Channeling unit, ensuring that every customer order is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and communicated clearly across internal stakeholders. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with credit analysts, field survey teams, and customer service representatives while gaining exposure to the fast‑moving financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge incoming orders from all Business Channeling sources, including web portals, partner feeds, and direct inquiries.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of consumer data and financing objects before entering them into the company’s core system.
- Perform timely data entry of order information, ensuring that every field complies with internal data‑quality standards.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) or consumer grading results, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate credit approval status to customers via phone or email, providing clear explanations of next steps and required documentation.
- Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate on‑site verification.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Handover Coordinator (SHC) to monitor the progress of each order throughout the underwriting cycle.
- Maintain up‑to‑date logs and reports on order status, turnaround times, and any escalations for management review.
- Assist in periodic audits of the order processing workflow to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as drafting internal memos, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation archives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using web‑based business applications.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex credit decisions in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of credit monitoring, loan processing, and risk assessment concepts.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with a flexible mindset for occasional overtime during peak periods.
