Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming counter area, ensuring that product displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, turning online interactions into in‑store visits.
- Create engaging social‑media content (photos, short videos, captions) that showcases new product arrivals, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute limited‑time campaigns, flash sales, and loyalty‑program initiatives.
- Track inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with ordering to ensure product availability.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement of the sales experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on the latest mobile technologies, service plans, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (for female candidates); all genders are welcome.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Active presence on major social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Preferably experienced in content creation (photo editing, short‑form video production).
- Prior experience in sales is advantageous, but fresh graduates with high motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with POS systems, and ability to learn new software quickly.
