Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Konsultan Manajemen Proyek to join our dynamic project management consultancy team. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity to develop professional expertise in overseeing complex projects across diverse industries, while working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. The role is based in Indonesia and follows a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and document client requirements, translating them into actionable work packages.
- Prepare status reports, risk registers, and change‑control logs for internal and external review.
- Support the coordination of cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication between engineers, designers, and finance personnel.
- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed minutes and tracking follow‑up actions.
- Conduct basic performance metrics analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of best‑practice templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures for the consultancy.
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with corporate governance and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support for budgeting, invoicing, and procurement activities under supervision.
- Continuously seek personal and professional growth through mentorship, training programs, and industry certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Age: 25 years or younger at the time of application.
