Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company through proactive order taking and follow‑up.
- Conduct engaging product presentations that highlight the unique benefits and safety features of our children’s merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation, order entry, and timely delivery coordination.
- Identify and prospect new customers while nurturing existing client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and inventory teams to guarantee product availability and resolve any fulfillment issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging product lines to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand, and share feedback with management to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to track leads, schedule follow‑ups, and generate performance metrics.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, school events, and community activities to increase brand visibility.
- Adhere to company policies, uphold ethical standards, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales or order‑taking experience, preferably in consumer goods or children’s products.
- Age: 26 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Own a reliable motorbike for local travel and customer visits.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping families find the right products for their children.
