We are currently seeking a motivated Staff Penagihan to join our Tapung Kampar branch. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by engaging with borrowers who have missed payment deadlines, arranging repayment plans, and gathering valuable field intelligence. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a dynamic work environment where proactive communication and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and professional collection activities for borrowers whose installment payments are past due, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Initiate and maintain follow‑up communications—via phone, SMS, or in‑person visits—to secure confirmed repayment dates and negotiate realistic payment schedules.
- Develop, update, and manage a structured visitation calendar that optimizes travel routes and maximizes contact efficiency.
- Perform on‑site visits to debtor residences or business locations, assessing their financial situation, verifying asset existence (such as vehicles), and documenting any changes in circumstances.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on collection outcomes, debtor responses, and any obstacles encountered, feeding this information back to the credit risk team.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service, legal, and risk management departments to resolve disputes, arrange payment restructuring, or initiate legal actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are logged and that data integrity is upheld.
- Provide feedback on common delinquency patterns to help improve underwriting criteria and preventative strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; we value experience and attitude over years.

- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey empathy while maintaining firmness.
- Active listening and negotiation abilities to secure payment commitments.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with CRM or collection management tools.
- Self‑driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a daily visitation schedule independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
