Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following company recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring that glassware, utensils, and ingredients are readily available.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly, record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, syrups, and consumables; report low stock to the supervisor and assist with periodic stock takes.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation of equipment, and regular cleaning of work surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow bar teammates to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and elevate any serious concerns to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new drink recipes, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
- Uphold the brand’s image by dressing in the prescribed uniform, maintaining a professional demeanor, and representing the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Male (preference as stated by the client).
- Residence preferably in Colomadu, Waduk Cengklik, or Kartasura area.
- No extensive prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a positive work attitude are essential.
- Availability to work the afternoon/evening shift from 15:00 – 21:00 (primary shift) and occasional morning/early‑afternoon shifts from 08:00 – 17:00 as schedule demands.
- Basic understanding of shop management systems or willingness to be trained on the POS platform.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies when needed.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a genuine “niat kerja” (work ethic) attitude.
