Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and maintain data related to the operational needs of Deepublish Group.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize key metrics, project progress, and resource allocation.
  • Handle both manual and computer‑based administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Conduct regular checks of incoming and outgoing documents to verify completeness and compliance with internal standards.
  • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines, demonstrating strong time‑management skills.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with other departments—such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to support cross‑functional projects.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support for special projects, data audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; final‑year university students or graduates from any discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Reliability: Able to attend the office in Yogyakarta from Monday to Friday, 09:00‑15:00, and maintain consistent attendance.
