Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers aboard with a warm greeting and assist them with boarding procedures.
- Conduct safety demonstrations, ensure compliance with all regulatory and airline safety standards, and respond promptly to any in‑flight emergencies.
- Serve meals, beverages, and special requests while maintaining high standards of food‑and‑beverage presentation.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization throughout the flight, including tidying seats, lavatories, and galley areas.
- Address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on flight connections, destination services, and airline policies.
- Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and fellow cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations and on‑time departures.
- Perform pre‑flight checks of safety equipment, stock supplies, and verify cabin readiness before each departure.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety drills, and performance evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑40 years old (maximum 40).
- Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
- No prior experience required; however, any background in hospitality, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 kg for extended periods during flights.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail.
