Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Gudang Pengelolaan Persediaan dan Logistik to join our fast‑growing retail electronics team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that every handset, accessory, and electronic product moves smoothly from receipt to the customer’s hands. The position is full‑time, with a schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:30 – 16:30. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming and outgoing merchandise using the inventory management system.
- Organize, label, and maintain stock of ready‑to‑sell items to maximize space utilization and minimize picking time.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly, and secure, adhering to safety protocols and preventing loss or damage.
- Prepare items for shipment by packing them securely, generating shipping documents, and monitoring delivery status through the logistics platform.
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) and reconcile any discrepancies with system data.
- Process sales transactions at the point‑of‑sale (POS) terminal, guaranteeing that inventory levels reflect real‑time sales activity.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers who visit the warehouse for pick‑up or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand, replenish stock, and support promotional events.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, such as optimizing picking routes or introducing barcode scanning.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound movements to facilitate audits and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.

- Zero to several years of relevant experience; prior work in a retail handset or electronics warehouse is a strong advantage.
- High level of attention to detail, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility.
