To support our rapid expansion in Padang, West Sumatra, we are seeking a dynamic Leader Area – Business Development who can drive operational excellence, coach multiple outlet teams, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3‑5 Kebab Dara & Cokoteh’ outlets in the Padang area, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, labor cost, food waste, and customer satisfaction; take corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, hygiene standards, and cash handling procedures to maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with the corporate Marketing and Product Development teams to launch promotions, new menu items, and localize offerings for the Padang market.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and action plans.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for new hires, ensuring that all team members understand brand standards and safety protocols.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for brand loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential outlet locations, partnership deals, and community events.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace, promoting adherence to health & safety guidelines and fostering respect among diverse team members.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or leader role, preferably within the food & beverage (F&B) sector.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates under 30 years are strongly preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role historically favours male candidates for operational reasons.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical abilities, compliance orientation, conflict‑management expertise, effective team communication, and coordination.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, solve problems quickly, and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory control, and food safety standards.
- Personal Traits: High level of responsibility, target‑oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- Work Schedule: Friday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
