- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to health and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient time management and minimizing client wait times.
- Develop and curate engaging social‑media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that showcases salon work, promotes specials, and attracts new clients.
- Utilize basic editing tools such as Canva and CapCut to create eye‑catching visuals, reels, and stories for online platforms.
- Collaborate with the salon manager to plan promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide product recommendations and retail sales support, helping clients maintain their look at home.
- Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Female candidates, minimum age of 19 years.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, or related salon services.
- Strong passion for the beauty and salon industry, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in operating social‑media platforms and creating content that drives engagement.
- Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- All educational backgrounds are welcome; formal training in cosmetology is a plus.
