Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Business Channeling to join our dynamic team in Pontianak, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between incoming business channel orders and our credit processing system, ensuring that every customer’s financing request is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales & Customer Care (SHC) team, the Survey Operations Center (SOC), and the credit evaluation unit to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on all orders received through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining strict data integrity.
  • Enter incoming orders from the dicicilaja platform into the system, and cross‑check them against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) and consumer grading outcomes.
  • Conduct preliminary credit checks, flagging any discrepancies or missing documentation for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next steps.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate with SHC to monitor the progress of each case.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
  • Assist in generating daily and weekly reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates for management review.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, propose workflow improvements, and stay aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or credit processing experience.
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office, data entry software, and the ACCTION system.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate credit information and identify potential risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential financial data.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
