Introduction
The Warehouse Inventory Administrator (Administrator Inventaris Gudang dan Pengelolaan Stok) is a pivotal role within our production environment, responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory movements and supporting the seamless flow of materials from purchase to production. This full‑time position is based in Madura, Jawa Timur, and operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. The role welcomes candidates of any gender, with no upper age limit, who are detail‑oriented, disciplined, and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data into the inventory management system, ensuring that each batch is correctly logged with timestamps, quantities, and product codes.
- Record the results of each production shift, capturing output volumes, downtime, and any variances from the production plan.
- Input daily purchase data, including supplier invoices, delivery dates, and received quantities, to keep the procurement ledger up‑to‑date.
- Maintain real‑time stock levels by tracking raw material consumption, finished goods, and work‑in‑process items, and generate daily stock balance reports.
- Conduct routine reconciliation of physical stock counts with system records, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor and procurement team to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare periodic inventory summary reports for management review, highlighting trends, turnover rates, and potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures, including barcode labeling, cycle counting, and first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) practices.
- Support audit activities by providing accurate documentation and responding to queries regarding stock movements.
- Provide administrative assistance such as filing, document management, and responding to internal stakeholder requests related to inventory data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in an administrative or inventory‑related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of data accurately.
- Demonstrated discipline in meeting deadlines and following standardized procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with production, purchasing, and management teams.
- Basic understanding of inventory concepts such as stock rotation, safety stock, and lead time.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Pamekasan, Sotabar, or surrounding areas to facilitate easy commuting.
