Super Team JPC Kemang is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional to join our finance department as a Supervisor Finance‑Accounting‑Tax. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic support for business operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and organize a multidisciplinary Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Supervise daily bookkeeping tasks, including the recording of all company revenues, expenditures, and journal entries.
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions such as PPH 21.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including preparation and filing of PPH 23, PPH 25, PPH 29, PPN, and handling of e‑faktur submissions.
- Coordinate the use of Accurate Online and other accounting software, providing training and troubleshooting support for the team.
- Conduct variance analysis, cash‑flow forecasting, and budget monitoring to support strategic decision‑making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions.
- Develop and continuously improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Age: 21‑28 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (SMA/SMK acceptable with equivalent experience).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year in finance, accounting, or tax; supervisory or coordinator experience (2‑3 years) is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Accurate Online or similar accounting software.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, PPH 29, PPN, Pasal 4(2)).
- Experience with e‑faktur and electronic tax filing.
