Introduction

This role is pivotal in expanding AmarthaLink’s network of agents, ensuring that new partners understand the value of the service, and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships that drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a field‑based environment, possess solid sales acquisition experience, and be comfortable working independently while meeting ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents for AmarthaLink in the Madiun area, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive socialization sessions and educational workshops to explain the benefits, operational mechanisms, and compliance requirements of the AmarthaLink service.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with agents, providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and seamless day‑to‑day operations.
  • Deliver hands‑on training covering system usage, product features, and service workflows, ensuring agents are confident and competent.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and service quality, intervening proactively to resolve issues and optimise results.
  • Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to craft localized expansion strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, sales performance, market insights, and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, product, and compliance—to align field activities with broader business initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold AmarthaLink’s brand standards during all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or higher.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong command of the assigned geographical area (Madiun) with existing local networks considered a plus.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license for field mobility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling abilities, and the capacity to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently on the field from Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Soft skills: negotiation, problem‑solving, time management, adaptability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
