Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized private lessons for primary and secondary students in subjects such as mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, science, and English.
- Assess each student’s strengths and weaknesses, then develop personalized learning plans that align with school curricula and exam requirements.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom atmosphere, ensuring lessons are engaging, interactive, and age‑appropriate.
- Provide regular progress reports to parents or guardians, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids, including digital resources, worksheets, and hands‑on activities, to reinforce concepts.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring inclusivity for all students.
- Stay current with educational best practices, curriculum updates, and innovative tutoring techniques.
- Manage scheduling and travel logistics efficiently, adhering to the agreed Monday‑Saturday work window (08:00‑17:00).
- Uphold professional standards by being punctual, organized, and maintaining confidentiality of student information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong command of teaching methodologies and curriculum standards.
- Residency in Kab. Jepara (local domicile preferred for timely travel).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with parents and school staff when needed.
- Flexible schedule with availability from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
