Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Restoran – Pengelolaan Operasional Harian to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of our restaurant, ensuring that every service day runs smoothly from the moment the doors open until the last guest departs. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house service, kitchen workflow, and back‑of‑house logistics.
- Develop and manage staff rotas, ensuring optimal coverage while respecting labor regulations and employee preferences.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor food‑cost percentages to maintain profitability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as sales, waste, and service speed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to introduce new menu items, promotional offers, and seasonal specials while ensuring operational feasibility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive dining area, paying attention to décor, lighting, and overall guest ambiance.
- Lead by example with a professional appearance, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 40 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, capable of interfacing with staff, suppliers, and customers effectively.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including ordering, stock control, and service standards.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities: ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and make swift decisions under pressure.
- Well‑groomed and presentable appearance that reflects the brand’s image.
- Core personal traits: discipline, honesty, friendliness, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Excel or POS systems is a plus.
