Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Wilayah Demak to join our dynamic field operations team. This role focuses on gathering accurate, timely, and verifiable data across the Demak region, supporting our credit risk assessments, market research, and compliance initiatives. Candidates will work directly in the community, building relationships with local businesses and residents while adhering to strict data‑collection standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site data collection visits throughout the Demak city and surrounding districts, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Verify the authenticity of customer information, including identification documents, address proof, and credit history.
- Enter collected data into the company’s mobile application or handheld devices, ensuring real‑time synchronization with the central database.
- Maintain detailed field reports, noting any discrepancies, refusals, or unusual findings for further investigation.
- Coordinate with the regional collection supervisor to prioritize high‑risk accounts and meet daily collection targets.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with clients, answering basic queries about the data‑gathering process.
- Monitor and report any safety concerns, road conditions, or logistical obstacles encountered during field work.
- Assist in training new field agents by sharing best practices for efficient route planning and effective communication.
- Support occasional ad‑hoc projects such as market surveys, customer satisfaction polls, or community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 55 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, loan recovery, or a similar role.
- Valid and active SIM C driver’s license.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel.
- Thorough knowledge of the Demak city area, including neighborhoods, commercial zones, and local landmarks.
- Strong understanding of credit law (Hukum Kredit) and the ability to apply it in real‑world scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proven record of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
- Applicants with prior experience as a Field Collector should provide supporting documents such as:
- Letter of employment or reference.
- Paklaring (certificate of good conduct).
- Work experience certificates or any other relevant attestations.
