Introduction
The Supervisor Store Cabang Kediri is a pivotal leadership position within our fast‑growing retail and coffee‑service operation. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Supervisor ensures that the outlet runs smoothly, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets sales and operational targets. This role combines hands‑on management of daily store activities with strategic oversight of staff performance, inventory control, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, and provide regular performance reports to the Area Manager.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, applying effective problem‑solving techniques to maintain brand reputation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports covering shift schedules, stock levels, sales figures, and any operational incidents.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed by every team member.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for new baristas and existing staff, followed by performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and rotating raw materials, equipment, and store supplies.
- Create and adjust staff rosters to optimize coverage during peak hours and accommodate shift swaps.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value, waste percentages, and labor cost ratios, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the outlet.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferred D3/S1 in Hospitality, Retail Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or retail environments.
- Proven ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and the ability to resolve issues diplomatically.
- Detail‑oriented, decisive, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
- Competency in basic financial reporting, inventory management, and use of POS systems.
- Analytical mindset for tracking sales trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Team‑player attitude with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
