Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, specials, and dietary accommodations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to promote daily specials, events, and customer experiences.
- Produce short video content (30‑60 seconds) featuring menu highlights, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and guest testimonials.
- Assist in training new team members on service standards, POS systems, and brand voice for online content.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings to provide feedback on menu performance and guest trends.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; must be a Muslimah and wear a hijab in accordance with the restaurant’s dress code.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in hospitality and customer service is essential.
- Strong proficiency with major social media platforms and basic video‑editing skills (e.g., using apps like InShot, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 10 kg.
