Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) team as Staff Crew – Food and Beverage. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or those with a basic vocational background who are eager to start a career in the hospitality industry. As a member of our crew, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus in a courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and serve items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, chairs, and floor spaces.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Monitor and uphold food safety and hygiene standards according to local regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu knowledge, service etiquette, and safety protocols.
- Support inventory management by reporting low stock items and assisting with periodic stock counts.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18–25 years old.

- Attitude: Good attitude, honesty, and disciplined work ethic are essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word; basic proficiency in word‑processing and data‑entry software.
- Language: Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when required.
