Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives, adhering to scheduled itineraries and any last‑minute changes.
- Plan and optimize travel routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic congestion and reduce travel time.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and coordinate any necessary servicing to ensure the vehicle remains in pristine condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized interior and exterior of the vehicle, reflecting the professional image of the organization.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, respecting the privacy of passengers at all times.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and any special requests, ensuring a comfortable and courteous experience.
- Stay updated on local traffic regulations, road conditions, and any changes to driving laws that may affect routes.
- Be prepared to travel outside the city or on short‑notice assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, security teams, and executive assistants to coordinate pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and meeting logistics.

Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1–3 years of proven experience as a private or executive driver.
- Valid and active SIM A (Indonesian driver’s license) with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, routine checks, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent route‑planning skills, with familiarity of major city roads, highways, and alternative paths.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated soft skills: honesty, responsibility, courtesy, neatness, quick responsiveness, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend or out‑of‑town travel as required.
